Gopal needs my school-run minibus repaired to get back to work in Kathmandu

Without my school-run minibus Gopal cannot work; a $50 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 3 weeks ago the radiator and cooling system failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $50. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal. Where the $50 goes: • Towing and inspection: $10 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $20 • Labor charges: $20 With deep gratitude, Gopal

Stay strong, Gopal. Hope the shop reopens soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
