Ginger's a broken leg after a road accident: help with the vet bill
A rabbit named Ginger needs emergency surgery - a $1,600 bill the family can't cover.

Ginger is my rabbit of three years. On 5 August we rushed to the Bergamo Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,600.
They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $115 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Bergamo Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,600 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $155
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $280
• Emergency surgery: $1,165
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
