Get Michael back on the road: my tuk-tuk repair fund
Michael's my tuk-tuk is Michael's only source of income and needs a transmission replacement costing $400.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 3 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $400. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $400 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $135
• Labor charges: $95
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $170
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
