I make my living with my delivery van. 10 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $150 goes: β€’ Road tax and insurance renewal: $30 β€’ Towing and inspection: $15 β€’ clutch assembly replacement (parts): $105 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support. - Mark

You're not alone, Mark. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 13 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Gatineau.
