I make my living with my school-run minibus. 4 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $400. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $400 goes: • Labor charges: $220 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $110 • Towing and inspection: $70 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

  • Stay strong, Daisuke. Small businesses are the heart of Kyoto. Hope you're open again soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
