Gerard's path to healing - a structured recovery program in Dublin
Gerard is working through a violent robbery and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After a violent robbery, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Dublin Counselling Collective cost $80 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $2,550 goes:
• 10 therapy sessions: $2,150
• Psychiatric assessment: $340
• Workbook and resources: $60
Thank you for reading my story.

Wishing you the best. Your post was clear and honest. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Kozhikode.
Is there anything that isn't money that would help Gerard?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about 10 therapy sessions, advice is welcome too. Happy to explain more.
Sending strength, Gerard. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes
Wishing you peace. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Greetings from Paris.
