Gas shut-off notice: help Wei pay $800

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $800. I have never been late before July's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $95 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
