Gas shut-off notice: help Seo-yeon pay $500

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $500. I have never been late before December's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $125 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
