Gas shut-off notice: help Sarah pay $700

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $700. I have never been late before June's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $125 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
