Gas shut-off notice: help Sandra pay $110

The gas account is 2 months behind. Sandra received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $110 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in August. Sandra called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
