Gas shut-off notice: help Sadia pay $105

The gas account is 4 months behind. Sadia received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $105 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours. Sadia called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
