Gas shut-off notice: help Russell pay $950

The gas account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $950. I have never been late before losing my job in April. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $165 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
