Gas shut-off notice: help Riddhi pay $150

The gas account is 2 months behind. Riddhi received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Riddhi called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
