Gas shut-off notice: help Rami pay $150
A disconnection notice for gas arrived and Rami needs $150 before June.
🇲🇦 Morocco411 views
The gas account is 4 months behind. Rami received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in February.
Rami called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Rami is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Utility arrears: $70
• Reconnection and late fees: $40
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40

is there anything that isn't money that would help Rami?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about utility arrears, advice is welcome too. Good question.

Wishing you peace. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
