Gas shut-off notice: help Qasim pay $100

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless I pay $100. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
