Gas shut-off notice: help Gbenga pay $100
Help Gbenga cover an overdue gas bill so the household stays safe this the cold months.

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $100. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Gbenga's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $100 goes:
• Gas arrears: $45
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40
Every share and every dollar helps.

Thinking of you and your family, Gbenga. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. I hope October is when things finally get easier.
Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Sent it to 8 people at work!
Wishing you the best. Looking forward to the next update. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Gwagwalada.
So sorry you're going through this, Gbenga. This could happen to any of us. Greetings from Katowice.
