Gas shut-off notice: help Francisco pay $900

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $900. I have never been late before losing my job in December.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $180 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
