Gas shut-off notice: help Dustin pay $600

The gas account is 2 months behind. Dustin received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $600 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Dustin called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $105 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Dustin is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
