Gas shut-off notice: help Chiamaka pay $100

The gas account is 3 months behind. Chiamaka received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours. Chiamaka called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
