Gas shut-off notice: help Charles pay $850
A disconnection notice for gas arrived and Charles needs $850 before January.

The gas account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on January unless I pay $850. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $180 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Water arrears: $590
• Reconnection and late fees: $80
• Down payment on a payment plan: $180
