Gas shut-off notice: help Bianca pay $300
A disconnection notice for gas arrived and Bianca needs $300 before November.

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $300. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $300 goes:
• Utility arrears: $200
• Reconnection and late fees: $25
• Down payment on a payment plan: $75

Thinking of you. Looking forward to the next update. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend!
is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Bianca.
Utility arrears is $200 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Let me know if you want more detail.
Hope it all works out, Bianca. I hope things turn around soon. Please keep us posted
Thinking of you, Bianca. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. All the best.
Stay strong, Bianca. Looking forward to the next update. We're a small family in Saint-Denis but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Rio de Janeiro.
