Gas shut-off notice: help Beatrice pay $100

The gas account is 3 months behind. Beatrice received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Beatrice called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home. Beatrice is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
