Gas shut-off notice: help Anisur pay $100

The gas account is 4 months behind. Anisur received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in September. Anisur called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
