Gas shut-off notice: help Adam pay $400

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $400. I have never been late before losing my job in March. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $70 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
