Garima's knee replacement surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Garima was diagnosed with a hernia that has become strangulated in July. The surgeon at Kolkata University Hospital recommended knee replacement surgery, and She is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,650, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $1,250 short.
my mother has been in and out of Kolkata University Hospital since July. The doctors say a hernia that has become strangulated will get worse without knee replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,650 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Garima struggles with daily life and can't drive. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 3 weeks. During that time Garima won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
