Jasmine was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in June. The surgeon at Taguig University Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and She is scheduled for August. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,300, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $650 short. my daughter has been in and out of Taguig University Hospital since June.
