Craig was diagnosed with a deviated septum causing chronic infections in August. The surgeon at London General Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and He is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $8,500, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $6,700 short.

Rehabilitation is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Craig won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
