Gabriel has worked and saved for three years to study an electrical engineering diploma; a $4,850 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Gabriel is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at San Diego Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,850.
The registrar has said Gabriel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Gabriel has a first-class average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Gabriel would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Gabriel isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the San Diego Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
