Funeral costs for Yasmin's husband, Ziad
Yasmin lost her husband suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $1,000.

Ziad, my husband, passed away on 29 May after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 40 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,000 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 5 June.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Ziad to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $690
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $230
• Transport of the deceased: $55
• Memorial gathering for the family: $25
