Kamau, my husband, passed away on 14 December after a stroke. He was 26 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $250 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 21 December. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Kamau to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt. Where the $250 goes: • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $155 • Memorial gathering for the family: $45 • Transport of the deceased: $50 With deep gratitude, Waweru

  • Hope it all works out, Waweru. Gave what I could, wish it was more. After 24 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything.

    • Is there anything that isn't money that would help Waweru?
