Lâm, my husband, passed away on 9 November after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 87 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $250 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 15 November.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Lâm to have a dignified farewell.

The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Tuyết.
It's all in the list in the story. cemetery plot and burial fees is the big one at $165, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Thanks for looking so closely.
