Funeral costs for Teresa's grandfather, Miguel
Miguel passed away on 23 June; we're raising $3,650 for a respectful funeral in Madrid.

Miguel, my grandfather, passed away on 23 June after a sudden heart attack. He was 29 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,650 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 7 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Miguel to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $3,650 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $1,800
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,250
• Transport of the deceased: $320
• Memorial gathering for the family: $280
