Funeral costs for Stella's brother, William
Stella lost her brother suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $5,950.

William, my brother, passed away on 17 September after complications from pneumonia. He was 77 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $5,950 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 28 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want William to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.
Where the $5,950 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $3,500
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,700
• Transport of the deceased: $380
• Memorial gathering for the family: $370

Best of luck, Stella. Shared this with my family. After 22 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings.
Rooting for you, Stella. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'm in construction myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
Thanks for sharing this. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Leicester.
Wishing you the best, Stella. Your post was clear and honest. God bless
Rooting for you, Stella. Shared it with a few friends. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.
