Funeral costs for Ruma's husband, Asif
Asif passed away on 30 May; we're raising $1,050 for a respectful funeral in Kanpur.

Asif, my husband, passed away on 30 May after a road accident. He was 33 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,050 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 11 June.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Asif to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $630
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $310
• Transport of the deceased: $65
• Memorial gathering for the family: $45
