Funeral costs for Rachel's grandfather, Matthew

Matthew, my grandfather, passed away on 28 July after a sudden heart attack. He was 76 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $4,050 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 14 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Matthew to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.

• Funeral home services and casket: $2,200
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,300
• Transport of the deceased: $290
• Memorial gathering for the family: $260
