Funeral costs for Perla's uncle, Jomar

Jomar, my uncle, passed away on 22 August after a sudden heart attack. He was 51 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $450 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 10 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Jomar to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Lapu-Lapu hospice.

• Funeral home services and casket: $290
• Memorial gathering for the family: $35
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $125
