Funeral costs for Michelle's grandfather, Joshua
Joshua passed away on 16 July; we're raising $450 for a respectful funeral in Pasig.

Joshua, my grandfather, passed away on 16 July after a stroke. He was 40 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $450 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 31 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Joshua to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $450 goes:
• Transport of the deceased: $95
• Memorial gathering for the family: $95
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $260
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Hope things get better soon, Michelle. Your post was clear and honest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from Springfield.
