Funeral costs for Melanie's father, Fabian
Melanie lost her father suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $2,700.

Fabian, my father, passed away on 25 September after a road accident. He was 57 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $2,700 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 7 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Fabian to have a dignified farewell.

The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $1,800
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $470
• Transport of the deceased: $270
• Memorial gathering for the family: $160
