Funeral costs for Mazen's uncle, Qasim
Mazen lost his uncle suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $3,100.

Qasim, my uncle, passed away on 6 July after a short illness. He was 75 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,100 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 26 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Qasim to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.

• Transport of the deceased: $250
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $880
• Funeral home services and casket: $1,970
