Funeral costs for Marcus's brother, Josiah

Josiah, my brother, passed away on 17 June after a road accident. He was 44 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $2,600 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 1 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Josiah to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Liverpool hospice.

• Funeral home services and casket: $1,450
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $540
• Transport of the deceased: $210
• Memorial gathering for the family: $400
