Funeral costs for Márcia's wife, Amanda

Amanda, my wife, passed away on 18 September after a short illness. She was 40 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,550 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 8 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Amanda to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.

• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $510
• Transport of the deceased: $160
• Memorial gathering for the family: $130
