Funeral costs for Lisa's wife, Melanie

Melanie, my wife, passed away on 21 January after a road accident. She was 93 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,800 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 4 February.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Melanie to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.
