Riley, my sister, passed away on 27 July after a sudden heart attack. She was 28 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $5,750 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 8 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Riley to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $4,050
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $730
• Transport of the deceased: $520
• Memorial gathering for the family: $450
