Funeral costs for Frank's brother, Everett

Everett, my brother, passed away on 29 September after a road accident. He was 89 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $4,450 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 14 October. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills.
