Autumn, my mother, passed away on 7 May after a stroke. She was 36 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,600 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 18 May.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Autumn to have a dignified farewell.
