Funeral costs for Devi's wife, Shanice
Shanice passed away on 25 July; we're raising $550 for a respectful funeral in Soweto.

Shanice, my wife, passed away on 25 July after a short illness. She was 63 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $550 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 9 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Shanice to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.

• Transport of the deceased: $45
• Memorial gathering for the family: $60
• Funeral home services and casket: $445
