Ronaldo, my brother, passed away on 28 September after complications from pneumonia. He was 55 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,150 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 6 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Ronaldo to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.

• Funeral home services and casket: $660
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $250
• Transport of the deceased: $135
• Memorial gathering for the family: $105

The list at the bottom is the whole picture. funeral home services and casket is the biggest at $660. It helps to be asked.
