Asad lost his brother suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $455.

Rashid, my brother, passed away on 8 October after complications from pneumonia. He was 58 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $455 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 24 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Rashid to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.
Where the $455 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $250
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $180
• Transport of the deceased: $20
• Memorial gathering for the family: $5
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

What exactly is the $455 for?
Sure. The biggest one is funeral home services and casket, $250. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
stay strong, Asad. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Rawalpindi.
keep going. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Love from Quezon City
