Samir, my uncle, passed away on 27 February after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 49 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,350 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 12 March.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Samir to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
