Friendly visitor needed for an 86-year-old neighbor in Arusha

I'm writing for my neighbor Ssebuliba, who's 86. Ssebuliba lives alone in Arusha, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country. Ssebuliba loves old films, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
